Our pricing model is as simple as it gets: we charge $1.50 per pound. The delivery cost is based on distance and is calculated by our transportation partners (Uber, DoorDash, and Rover).

We only use toxin-free, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, perfect for you and your loved ones. Our laundry bags are reusable, and our machines are designed to reduce energy consumption by up to 30%. Most importantly, your satisfaction is always our top priority.

There is no minimum amount for any of our services.

Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of pickup. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday require an additional day to complete. There are certain exceptions for specialty and large-sized orders.

We do not accept certain items due to the specialized care they require or the health risks they may pose to our team.

Yes, simply provide detailed instructions on where you would like our valet to leave your clean laundry bag when you place your order.

Yes. You can place an order by texting the word "Pickup" to our phone number, and it will be placed for the next available pickup/delivery window.
